Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Lindsey Doors website (lindseydoors.com), customer portal, and all related services. By registering a trade account, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.01

Wholesale Accounts Only

Lindsey Doors is a wholesale-only manufacturer. We sell exclusively to licensed trade businesses, including cabinet shops, remodeling companies, custom home builders, and general contractors. We do not sell directly to end consumers.

By registering an account or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are purchasing on behalf of a legitimate trade business
• Your business is appropriately licensed to operate in your jurisdiction
• You are 18 years of age or older and authorised to enter binding agreements on behalf of your business

Lindsey Doors reserves the right to decline, cancel, or suspend any account that does not meet these eligibility requirements.02

Account Registration

To place orders, you must register a trade account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at Info@lindseydoors.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.

Lindsey Doors reserves the right to approve, decline, or terminate trade accounts at our discretion.03

Orders

Order minimums:

• First order minimum: $85.00
• Subsequent order minimum: $35.00

Placing orders: Orders may be placed through our Allmoxy customer portal, by email, or through your Lindsey Doors sales representative. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Lindsey Doors. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Order specifications: You are responsible for the accuracy of all order specifications including dimensions, quantities, door style, foil colour, and boring/drilling requirements. Lindsey Doors manufactures to the specifications provided and is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.

Changes and cancellations: Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact your sales representative as soon as possible if changes are required. Cancellation of orders already in production may be subject to charges for materials and labour incurred to that point.04

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price in effect at the time your order is confirmed. Published prices do not include applicable taxes, freight charges, or delivery fees unless expressly stated.

Pricing discounts, promotional rates, and special terms require prior written approval by authorised Lindsey Doors management. Verbal commitments regarding pricing are not binding unless confirmed in writing.

Note on quotes: Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Contact your Lindsey Doors representative to confirm pricing before placing large or time-sensitive orders.05

Payment Terms

Payment terms are assigned at the time of account approval and are subject to periodic review. Terms vary by account based on credit history, order volume, and account standing.

Late payments: Accounts with overdue balances may be placed on prepayment-only status and may be subject to a late payment charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) on balances outstanding beyond agreed terms. Lindsey Doors reserves the right to suspend order processing for accounts with outstanding balances.06

Lead Times & Production

Our standard production lead time is 7 to 10 business days from the date an order is confirmed and all specifications are received. Lead times may vary during periods of high volume or material availability constraints. We will communicate material delays as promptly as possible.

Rush production may be available in limited circumstances and is subject to surcharges. Please contact your sales representative to enquire.07

Shipping & Delivery

Southern California delivery: We operate our own delivery fleet for accounts in Southern California (Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles County). Delivery schedules and route availability will be confirmed at time of order.

National shipping: Orders outside Southern California are shipped via UPS or third-party freight carriers. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk of loss: Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier for freight shipments, or upon delivery to the customer’s address for local fleet deliveries.

Delivery address: You are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address. Lindsey Doors is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from inaccurate address information.08

Inspection, Claims & Returns

Inspection upon delivery: You are responsible for inspecting all orders upon delivery. Any damage, shortage, or discrepancy should be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery wherever possible.

Claims window: All claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect product must be submitted to Lindsey Doors within 5 business days of delivery. Claims submitted outside this window may not be accepted.

How to submit a claim: Email Info@lindseydoors.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs. We will respond within 3 business days.

Returns: Custom-manufactured products are generally not returnable except in the case of a manufacturing defect or our error. Returns require prior written authorisation. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or credited.

Our remedy: For valid claims, Lindsey Doors’ liability is limited to, at our election: replacement of the affected product, issuance of a credit, or a refund of the purchase price for the affected items. We are not liable for installation, removal, labour, or project delay costs.09

SMS & Text Message Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS communications from Lindsey Doors, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to our A2P 10DLC-registered SMS programme and are required by US mobile carriers.

Lindsey Doors SMS Programme

• Message types: Order confirmations, shipping updates, account notifications, and occasional promotional messages related to products and services offered by Lindsey Doors
• Message frequency: Transactional messages are sent as triggered by order activity. Promotional messages will not exceed a few per month
• How to opt in: SMS opt-in requires your explicit consent. You may opt in by:
  • Checking an SMS consent box on our website or account registration form
  • Texting a designated keyword to our SMS number
  • Providing written or verbal consent at a designated sign-up point
  Consent is never required to purchase our products or use our services.
• How to opt out: Reply STOP to any Lindsey Doors text message at any time. You will receive one confirmation SMS and will receive no further messages. To re-subscribe, sign up again through any designated opt-in point

• Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan
• Carrier disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
• No sharing: Your mobile number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to any third party for marketing purposes
• Privacy: SMS data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at lindseydoors.com/privacy-policy

By using our SMS programme, you represent that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s authorisation to opt in, and that you are 18 years of age or older. Lindsey Doors is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless carrier relating to SMS messages.10

Product Information & Variations

Lindsey Doors manufactures 3D laminate (thermofoil) cabinet doors using MDF substrate. Foil colours and finishes are displayed as accurately as possible, but actual appearance may vary from digital representations due to monitor calibration and natural material variation.

We strongly recommend requesting physical foil samples before placing large orders. Lindsey Doors reserves the right to discontinue or modify product lines and foil colours without notice.11

Intellectual Property

All content on the Lindsey Doors website — including text, photography, graphics, product descriptions, logos, and branding — is the property of Lindsey Doors or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent.12

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LINDSEY DOORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, PROJECT DELAYS, LABOUR COSTS, COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS, OR FAILURE TO RECEIVE SMS MESSAGES, EVEN IF LINDSEY DOORS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In all cases, Lindsey Doors’ total liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) at issue in that order.13

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lindsey Doors, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of our products or services; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) claims by third parties relating to products installed using our doors where the claim arises from your workmanship, design decisions, or specification errors.14

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Riverside County, California.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct communication. Please contact us at Info@lindseydoors.com.15

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, Lindsey Doors makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding our products or services, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Our products are manufactured to the specifications you provide; it is your responsibility to ensure those specifications are correct and suitable for your intended application.16

Changes to These Terms

Lindsey Doors reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.17

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any written order confirmations or agreements between Lindsey Doors and your business, constitute the entire agreement between us regarding your use of our services.
