Lindsey Doors delivery charges
For all delivered a 50 cents per piece handling charge. An additional delivery charge will apply if more than one delivery attempt is required.
Lindsey Doors observes the following holidays, which will affect the delivery schedule. They are Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday following Thanksgiving and the week between Christmas and New Years.
Most door orders are delivered by Lindsey trucks. Please check with your sales representative to verify you are in one of our delivery areas.
Shipping verification & inspection
Upon receiving your order, you must verify that the conditions of doors and/or mouldings/accessories are acceptable and quantity and sizes of doors agree with your original order form. You must call your sales representative within 10 days if any discrepancies exist.
Will call is available at our Indio location, Monday thru Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm. Orders must be picked up within 30 days of completion. A storage fee of 30 cents per piece / per month will be applied to all orders not picked up after 30 days.
All orders are placed into production immediately. Due to this fact, your order cannot be changed once it has been faxed or called in.
Confirmation of Faxed Orders
All faxed orders are confirmed by faxing back an Acknowledgement. These are to be checked for any discrepancies, and if necessary faxed back to us with corrections.
Terms & Tax
Orders exceeding $1500.00 require a cashier’s check or cash, a deposit and the balance due on delivery. Payment terms are C.O.D., unless credit has been established with Lindsey Doors. All sales are taxable, unless the order is from out of state or we have an original signed resale card on file, prior to the time of invoicing.
Doors and Drawer fronts must be ordered Width by Height (W x H), net sizes only. All door and drawer fronts prices are per square foot and are computed to the nearest hundredth of a square foot.
